2.4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5.1. Digital Products: We do not offer returns or refunds for digital products, including downloadable software, e-books, or digital subscriptions, unless they are faulty or not as described.
5.2. Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with defects.
